"I've just completed my new 15 week training program in order to complete the 3 Peaks Challenge in August. Monday - Friday will involve getting back to the gym and completing a 5 km run on the treadmill. I will also be playing football and rugby to keep up my general fitness. I have targeted a weight lost of 1 stone to help them old joints and lose some of that belly".
